2. Definition of Customer Harassment
Customer harassment refers to any words or demands from customers (including business partners, etc.) that lack reasonableness in content, or, even if reasonable, are inappropriate in terms of means and manner, and harm the working environment of employees, etc.

If any conduct or behavior deemed to constitute customer harassment is observed, we will take firm action to protect our employees and, if necessary, refuse to serve the customer. In cases of malicious behavior or criminal activity, we will cooperate with external experts such as the police and lawyers and take strict action, including legal measures.
5. Initiatives for employees (consultation services, training, etc.)
We will establish a designated consultation service and inform employees of it. Depending on the situation, we will coordinate with managers and supervisors, and, whenever possible, avoid leaving employees to handle the situation alone. We will implement company-wide organizational measures. We will conduct training on customer harassment knowledge and coping methods. We will prioritize the care of affected employees and work to prevent recurrence.
