We have agreed to establish a joint venture with KMA Shipping (Kaung Myanmar Aung Shipping Company Linear) which is a local international container shipping company to enter the Federal Republic of Myanmar.

On February 26, Heisei 20, we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the local joint venture project related to the logistics, warehousing and freezing warehouse projects in the hotel in Yangon City between the two parties. In the future, we will apply for investment permission to the Myanmar Investment Committee (MIC) and aim for opening in April. Refrigerated warehouse will be constructed by Suzue Corporation and operated, then adopt the BOT method of transferring to the joint venture.

KMA Shipping carries out a container shipping business on the sailing route of Myanmar and Singapore, Malaysia and India, and the KMA Group of Companies belongs to 15 types of banks / airline / hotel / hospital / real estate / construction etc. It consists of business.
