Our company expanded its business into Africa and on August 4, 2013, signed a Friendly Alliance Agreement in the area of international logistics with the Ocean Africa Container Lines (Pty) Ltd. (OACL), a shipping container company in the Republic of South Africa.

OACL has its headquarters in the port town of Durban in the Republic of South Africa, and is the only shipping container company in that country, carrying out regular shipping to neighboring countries such as Mozambique and Namibia.
This company's parent company, GRIMDROD LIMITED has a total asset value of 180 billion yen, and is a comprehensive logistics company that handles terminal operations, port handling, railway transportation, customs clearance, shipping agent services, and land transportation.

As the gateway to the southern Sub-saharan desert, South Africa is in a perfect location, so it has seen an increase in investment activity. Future developments and work there will only increase the foreign business presence in Africa, and once the infrastructure (construction) is done, this will undoubtedly become an important business base for our overseas operations after China, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia and Malaysia.

As a business partner of OACL, we have moved a step forward, and now have our sights into expanding into East Africa and West Africa, building up our business structure.
