After we entered into a memorandum with HRC Shipping Limited in the People's Republic of Bangladesh on September 10, 2014, we began to look into establishing a joint venture company in Bangladesh. We reached a decision with HRC Shipping Limited to agree to the "Friendship Alliance Agreement Regarding Establishment of Joint Venture Company." We then created that joint venture company to promote cooperative industry and symbiotic business practices. We then created that joint venture company to promote cooperative industry and symbiotic business practices.

On December 30, 2014, The Chairman and CEO of HRC Shipping Limited and its group companies, Mr. Sayeed H. Chowdhury signed the agreement with our company's President.

HRC Shipping Limited is based in Bangladesh's capital, Dhaka. The company was started by Mr. S.H. Chowdhury in 1991 as a shipping agency. They eventually expanded their operations by offering maritime transportation (with their own container ships) and black tea sales, (growing, manufacturing blending, and selling). Now they are a conglomerate and preside over 20 associate companies in distribution operations, real estate development, and finance (commercial banks/insurance/trusts).
