With the intention of establishing a joint venture company (JVC) in United Arab Emirates (UAE), Suzue Corporation held a signing ceremony for joint venture agreement (JVA) at a hotel in Dubai on March 16th, 2017. Our new partner is Transworld Group of Companies (hereinafter referred as "Transworld Group") which develops their business based in India, UAE, and USA.​ ​
We are processing the registration procedures to officially establish the joint venture.

Transworld Group was established in 1976 and has the history of 40 years. This group affiliates our partner, Transworld Logistics FZE (TLF) and also Orient Express Lines (OEL), which owns and operates regular liners, and it provides logistics services widely, such as owning and operating vessels, coastal operation, shipping agencies, ship management, freight forwarding, contract logistics, NVOCC, and etc.​ ​

As a member of the Transworld Group, TLF headquartered in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, which is the special economic district in Dubai, provides the most advanced storage service as well as operating the total logistics services mainly in the Middle East region, the Indian Sub-Continent including Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, etc., and the Southeast region with marine, land, and air transportations.​ ​

Through this JVC in UAE, adding to the logistics network and service in Southeast Asia and the Far East, which Suzue Corporation has been building up so far, we are newly aiming at expanding and beefing up the network to India, the Middle East, and Arab countries. We, Suzue Corporation will accelerate global expansion to meet the demands of customers who promote business globalization down the road. ​
