This is the announcement, as described below, that our company has decided to merge with SUZUE Container & Transport Corporation, a consolidated subsidiary in the automobile transportation business (marine container transport) which is a core business of the SUZUE Group, to form SUZUE Star Career Corp. which will be a subsidiary solely owned by the company as of 31 July 2017.
By consolidating these companies, we aim to strengthen our management structure as well as improve our operational efficiency, striving to offer our customers better service.
All the vehicles operated by Suzue Star Carrier will be operated by Suzue Container Transport starting on Tuesday, August 1st.
This will be a merger with Suzue Container Transport as the surviving company, Suzue Star Carrier as the absorbed company, and the company name continuing as Suzue Container Transport.
