We are announcing we will be building a multipurpose building in Takeshiba area, Minato-ku, Tokyo. (the project name: The Takeshiba Redevelopment)
The site of construction is located only a minute walk away from Takeshiba station of Yurikamome line and the building will have 15 floors and 1 floor underground for commercial, business, and residential purposes. (the total floor area: approximately 12,000㎡)
There are various other developments going on around this construction site (Takeshiba area) and great attention is being paid to it.
Our redevelopment project is the third project in Takeshiba area and we will drive the project with our know-hows we have gained from our experiences.
The construction is planned to begin in the spring of 2019 and to be completed in autumn of 2021. Kajima Corporation is in charge of the designing and construction of the building.
