Acquisition of JIS Q 9100:2016 certification Quality Management System for Aerospace and Defense

Suzue Corporation (Takahiro Suzue, Representative Director; Head Office in Yokohama, Japan) acquired "JIS Q 9100:2016" certification, the quality management system for aerospace and defense industries on February 10, 2022.

JIS Q 9100 is a globally adopted Japanese industrial standard equivalent to AS9100 in the United States of America and EN9100 in Europe. It was developed by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) based on the 9100 standard with additional requirements specific to the aerospace and defense industries. Organizations with JIS Q 9100 certification are registered in OASIS (Online Aerospace Supplier Information System), a universal database controlled by IAQG, and will be able to exert their presence to the aerospace and defense industries worldwide. With the acquisition of this certification, Suzue Corporation will enter the logistics business in the aerospace and defense industries.
