We are pleased to announce that starting from June 2, 2025, in addition to the existing inquiry service for demurrage charges, Terminal Gate IN/OUT application for both full and empty containers will be available on Cyber Port for the Tokyo Aomi A-4 Terminal and Yokohama Honmoku BC Terminal.
＜Merits of Cyber Port Integration＞
For Forwarding Agencies:
Cyber Port will serve as a one-stop-shop portal for terminal procedures. For instance, booking information already registered in Cyber Port can be utilized without requiring additional input during the preparation of Terminal Gate IN/OUT application.
For Terminal Operators:
Information in Terminal Gate IN/OUT application will be accessible in advance, enabling pre-verification work that is currently performed at terminal gates. This is expected to significantly reduce process duration within the terminal.
