We conducted company-wide safety patrols for fiscal year 2026 (Reiwa 8).

Our company has established a Central Safety and Health Committee (*1) and is promoting daily safety and health activities with the aim of achieving zero accidents and injuries. In fiscal year 2026, we conducted company-wide safety patrols to check the safety status of facilities and equipment, work procedures, pointing and calling (*3), and the implementation status of specific activities to achieve key objectives (*4) in each district (*2). We will continue to make improvements to provide even higher quality logistics services.

(*1) Central Safety and Health Committee:
This organization acts as a representative committee of all employees, submitting reports and opinions to the company regarding matters related to safety and health at all of our business locations, as well as measures to prevent occupational accidents and health hazards. Its purpose is to promote the safety and health of all employees.

(※2) Details of patrols in each area
October 7, 2026 (Wednesday) Kashima area patrol: 13 members in total
October 8, 2026 (Thursday) Tokyo/Chiba area patrol, total of 13 people
October 15, 2026 (Thursday) Yokohama area patrol: 14 members in total

(※3) Yubisashi Koshō (Pointing and calling)
This method of preventing industrial accidents originated with the Japanese National Railways and is now adopted by many industries. It involves pointing to an object and loudly calling out its contents (e.g., "All clear ahead") to improve the accuracy of confirmation and reduce human error. It is also said to significantly reduce the accident rate.

(*4) Priority goals
Every year, the Central Safety and Health Committee sets company-wide, unified goals for priority areas of focus.
