Standard storage for goods that do not require special temperature control is kept at room temperature.
SUZUE's warehouse bases are located around port districts. As it is the case for domestic cargo, our warehouses are also bonded storage areas so we handle foreign cargo as well.
We provide a safe and secure work system based on the form of cargo.
As for types of cargo we handle, we offer optimum storage meeting customer's needs, from raw materials, certain kinds of drinks and processed foods, to single cargo and cargoes requiring lot management.
It is a warehouse that can maintain the temperature within a certain range so as to assure the quality of cargo that may degrade due to temperature change.
Our experienced staffs suggest the best storage temperature for each cargo based on its characteristics.
You can utilize them for prevention of mold growth or vermination in grains such as rice or for maintaining the quality of goods with the temperature maintained at the certain degree and no changes made to the surroudings.
It is also suitable for storage of wine, confectionery, and other foods or beverages, etc.

Wine and other alcoholic beverages provided by Suzue is primarily stored at its logistics center near Port of Tokyo.

As stipulated by the laws regarding the handling of hazardous and poisonous substances, it is necessary to have the expertise specialized to characteristics of each cargo and keep those items in a designated warehouse.
It is possible to store class 4 of hazardous materials designated under the Fire Defense Law, poisonous products, and specified combustibles in SUZUE's dangerous goods warehouse in the form of containers such as drums, IBC containers, pail cans, cartons and bags.
Specialists qualified to handle hazardous and poisonous substances will carry out the entire process from cargo handling, storage to delivery in a safe and accurate manner.

Suzue's tank facilities operate in Yokohama Negishi as the sole public tank terminal.
Thanks to our long-standing achievements, we are specialized in the storage of class 4 hazardous materials designated under the Fire Defense Law, poisonous products, and specified combustibles. We can also change the facilities depending on customer's needs.
(E.g. paper collection equipment, neutralization chamber, boiler equipment, nitrogen facilities)
It is also possible to construct facilities such as new tanks since the site area is about 23,131 m² (7,000 units).
Professionals in handling liquids are familiar with the nature of our customer's goods and handle in the right way.
We have a wharf with the capacity to moor vessels of 23,000 tons, and loading and unloading to and from storehouses can be conducted.
It is possible for trunk lorries to enter the warehouses, and also to fill and store drums and IBC containers within. Since the warehouses face the Yokohama Port, transportation in the metropolitan area and within Kanto are made easy.
Suzue's silo and bulk are stored in the center of the Kajima district.
Rose cargo such as feed is stored in a cylindrical silo with strict quality control. Depending on the needs of customers, shipping can be carried out by shredding or packaging work.
For bulk warehouses, you can use each separate warehouse for fodder and fertilizer. Furthermore, it is possible to bag items in a way that fits customer's requests, with the automatic packaging machine equipped in the warehouse.
Suzue offers open storage of cargo such as lumber, building materials, steel, heavy objects, etc., that would not be suitable for a roofed warehouse.
A 2.5 ~ 24-ton forklift and a crane for loading and unloading are available.
We also have the added benefit of having some warehouses located right next to Honmoku BC2 Terminal, which allows cargo to be moved smoothly into the container terminal.
A thorough security system is implemented within the barricaded area in the facilities as specified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
It is also possible to load and accept bulk cargo such as lumber, heavy items, fertilizer and fodder brought in using conventional ships by utilizing the corresponding berth.
"Halaal"
Although it is usual to look into food products when we talk about Halal, it is also important for us to consider a wider area it actually covers for Muslims such as clothing and services. Under the Islamic law, it is important to be clean and that hygienic management should be conducted on a daily basis. Cleanliness is constantly maintained in everyday lives of Muslims who make sure to clean their bodies before every worship service.
Halal products are stored in a designated area and kept separate from non-halal products. The designated area is clearly marked with tape and text-based signs. Non-halal products are not stored in the designated halal storage areas.
The warehouse space and elevators used on the way to the storage space are also audited and certified.
Exclusive pallets and forklifts, labeled with green line tapes and stickers to identify them as equipment used for halal products, are prepared to appropriately handle those items. The forklifts are only used to move products that cater to the halal standards.

Items and cargo received in bulk can be packed into cardboard boxes or bags upon the customer's request.
We have a machine that assembles cardboard boxes quickly and efficiently in the logistics center near Tokyo Port. In addition, the warehouse in the Ibaraki area is equipped with automatic packing equipment.
In addition to storing documents such as accounting documents, payment slips, and drawings, we also have a high-level security system in place for important documents (in the form of documents) such as medical records and X-rays.
