Internal Packaging

Barrier Packing

This packing method prevents rust resulting from moisture, which is caused by temperature changes during transportation. The cargo is covered with a moisture-proof barrier, the vacuum is created, and a desiccant (silica gel) is added. This results in a completely moisture-proof package.

Waterproof Packaging

This packaging protects cargo from water, dirt, rain, splashes, etc., and protects the inside of the packages from water penetration by using waterproof packing materials and waterproof adhesives.

Volatile rustproofing packaging

By packaging/wrapping VCI (Vapor Corrosive Inhibitor) agents in paper or a special film, rustproofing components vaporize and completely cover the product to prevent rusting. This provides an additional merit, that is, cutting down on a large amount of time and workload, which would be spent by the conventional processes of coating, rinsing, and cleaning rust-preventive oil.

External Packaging

Box Packaging

Wooden box packing is a general way packing used for export such as mechanical equipment. Because the four sides are sealed, the shock-absorbing function against impact and the temporary water-blocking effect against rain and splashes are expected. So is the result of preventing theft, because the inside is not visible.
Stainless steel case packing is used as a substitute for the standard wooden box method in order to avoid the strict regulations on wooden shipping containers that have been established in other countries. Eliminating the necessity for plant inspecting procedures, this method helps reduce the trouble that often arises from inspections and quarantines.
Reinforced corrugated cardboard boxes combined with wood are used for packing in lightweight cargoes, so they exhibit weight resistance up to about 2 tons. It is widely used not only for export packaging but also for domestic packaging.

Skid Packing

With container transportation being a common way of shipping now, some people prefer a simple packaging method, instead of the four-sided airtight packaging, with it resulting in reducing packaging cost and shipping weight.
However, providing this simple and convenient style of packaging requires us to examine applications based on factors such as the shape and content of the cargo and the customs policies of the destination country.

Pallet Packing

Cardboard packaging is used to ship all sorts of smaller cargo. Furthermore, there are also benefits of improving cargo efficiency by consolidating and stacking multiple smaller shipments in single pallets.
Sides and pallets are bound and secured with stretch films to both secure the cargo and provide protection from unpredictable sprays of moisture.

Bundle Packing

This packing method facilitates the shipping of building materials, pipes, other durable products, and materials that are difficult to transport (steel wire, steel pipes, other construction materials, etc.) in terms of packing, shipping and handling, by binding them in metal or PP bands.
