Our company holds a monthly meeting of the Board of Directors to decide important matters such as management policy and management strategy, and upon sufficient discussion, makes appropriate management decisions in a timely manner. Our company has established compliance regulations, and we offer training for executives and employees, prepare and distribute the manuals et cetera to improve to increase the awareness of this and ensure people have respect for and understand the compliance rules.
With regards to the various risks the company may encounter, each division conducts its own departmental risk management, based on the corporate risk management standards. The director who supervises each business unit reports, regularly or irregularly, the status of his or her division's risk management to the Board of Corporate Auditors, and this is discussed with the Board of Directors where plans are worked out.
We have established a basic BCP (Business Continuity Plan) policy to ensure the lives and safety of employees in the event of a disaster, provide community support, and quickly restore operations, and share information with all employees. We have established confirmation implementation standards for confirming the safety of employees, and have built a system for prompt contact.
